The hotel's location was superb! It was central. My room included tea and water. The street view was great from my room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions.

the hotel's location was excellent. i found myself right in the heart of the action. it was very easy to explore many local attractions by foot. the room itself had a great size, and the view overlooking the square was a highlight for me.
i found the service to be somewhat lacking. the staff didn't seem fully prepared to handle issues. i asked for a comb one day, but they couldn't provide one. also, the bathroom faucet had a lot of limescale, and the towels weren't replaced .

The hotel is well-located near many local restaurants. The breakfast had a good range of options. I found it satisfying. The staff was friendly and the room was super clean!
The noise from the main street was noticeable. I could hear everything from the room next door through the adjoining door, it was not ideal. I was charged extra for early check-in, that seemed unnecessary since the room was ready.

The noise from the street was awful. The hotel staff didn't seemed prepared to deal with issues because they couldn't provide a hair comb. The towels weren't changed, and the bathroom faucet was covered in limescale. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, a windowless room.
